DASK hasar tespit aşamasına geçilmesi ve tazmin sürecinin başlaması için öncelikle hasar ihbarında bulunmaktadır. DASK tarafından farklı hasar ihbar noktaları belirlenmiştir.
Alo DASK 125 numaralı telefonu arayabilir ve hasarın belirlenmesi için süreci başlatabilirsin.
DASK resmî web sitesinden Online Hasar İhbarı sayfasına girdikten sonra senden istenen bilgileri doldurabilir ve kolayca hasar ihbarında bulunabilirsin.
E-Devlet Hasar İhbarı sayfasından ilgili adımları takip ederek hasar ihbarı yapabilirsin. E-Devlet hizmetinden yararlanabilmek için e-Devlet şifrenin bulunması gerekir. Eğer e-Devlet şifren yoksa sana en yakın PTT binasından şifre edinebilirsin.
DASK deprem poliçeni yapan sigorta şirketine de başvuru yapabilirsin. Sigorta şirketin hasar ihbarını DASK’a iletir.
